1. Econas Sdn Bhd is the registered trademark proprietor/owner of the following trademarks “ECONAS”, the Econas logo and the tag line “The Green Standard”.

Econas Sdn Bhd (ESB) has authorised, approved and granted a Licence in Perpetuity to Econas Energy Sdn Bhd (EESB) to use the trademark “ECONAS”, the Econas logo and the tag line “The Green Standard”.

2.With effect from 03rd March 2026, Econas Sdn Bhd (ESB) and Econas Energy Sdn Bhd (EESB) NO LONGER have any direct or indirect interest, directorship, ownership, management, business relationship or any form of connection to, and or with Econas Resource to Energy Sdn Bhd, (also known as “ER2E”).

3. Econas Resource to Energy Sdn Bhd has officially changed its legal name to Eco Resource 2 Energy Sdn Bhd on the 8th of October 2026 and continues to use the acronym (ER2E)

There is no longer any connection professionally, commercially and/or contractually between ESB/EESB and ER2E.
